I am happy indeed to give this testimony, and words are inadequate to express my deep gratitude for Christian Science. It has met my every need for over twenty-five years.

My first demonstration was a healing of fallen arches, which had made walking quite painful. I was guided by a Christian Science friend to visit a practitioner. Alter treatment and my study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I was permanently healed. Later I had the beautiful experience of painless childbirth. A son was born within thirty minutes with the help of a Christian Science practitioner. The physician attending me remarked that he had never in all his practice witnessed such a quick and harmonious birth.

My children have been healed of scarlet fever and measles in thirty minutes and of other so-called children's diseases within a short time. During the last World war two sons were beautifully protected while in combat for three years. For this alone I am deeply grateful. I am grateful beyond words for the healing of sorrow at the passing on of a young child. This healing took place in two weeks after consecrated study of the textbook. Not only I but the entire household was uplifted and healed. On page 14 of the textbook Mrs. Eddy says, "Entirely separate from the belief and dream of material living, is the Life divine, revealing spiritual understanding and the consciousness of man's dominion over the whole earth."
