For more than thirty years it has been my privilege to study Christian Science. I attended the Sunday School from the time I was seven. Many wonderful proofs of God's loving care and guidance have been enjoyed by our family. Upon two occasions, accidents to my car have been averted when it seemed that an unseen power guided and lifted the car out of the path of danger.

While I was very young, my father passed away, but his words to my family at that time were that we should never give up Christian Science—for, unlike material friends, it would never let us down. We have found this to be absolutely true.

Through the years, as we have applied the rules taught in this wonderful religion, main physical difficulties have been overcome, some instantaneously, some slowly. Rheumatism, from which I suffered a a child and again about ten years later, has been completely overcome. An organic condition afflicting a member of my family, over which doctors expressed grave fears, has disappeared. A diamond stolen by one staying at our house during the First World War was returned years later because a member of my family never accepted the lie of theft. Instantaneous healings of many kinds of children's diseases in my brother's family have been convincing proofs of God's care.
