THE MORNING STAR
In
loving meekness Mary bowed her head,
Her thought uplifted to the thought of Love.
She listened, rapt, to what His angel said,
In sweet consent waited God's will to prove,
Willing to do her pure and selfless best
To bring the light to those who seek true man.
She, blessing bringing, was of all women blessed;
And thus the saving grace of Love began.
In her deep mother heart unfolds this grace,
Till receptivity dawns on the earth
And man prepares his origin to trace
Straight to his Father, God; then comes rebirth.
For all mankind healing and peace appear;
The Christ, immortal man—God's Son—is here!
