In Psalms (121:1) we read, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help." I feel it is time I expressed my sincere gratitude for Christian Science. It has been my only physician for many years. I have experienced painless childbirth and had many healings. At one time it seemed I would lose what material possessions I had. However, through the realization of the truth of Mrs. Eddy's statement in the Christian SCience textbook, Science and Health (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need," I was placed back in my home with an income which enabled me to bring up and educate my child.

At another time when I saw that God's law is ever in operation, I was healed of what materia medica terms pneumonia. I was rooming at a private residence and was beauti fully protected from adverse circumstances in the home through the loving work of a consecrated Christian Science practitioner. I have also been healed of a deep sense of loneliness incurred by the passing on of a loved one. God is truly "our refuge and strength." Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health (p. 390), "We cannot deny that Life is self-sustained, and we should never deny the everlasting harmony of Soul, simply because, to the mortal senses, there is seeming discord."

I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the Christian Science periodicals and for the enlightened understanding of God I received through class instruction.—(Mrs.) Florence Misner, Detroit, Michigan.
