Brooklyn, New York (Third Church).

Third Church of Christ, Scientist, Brooklyn, East Twenty-first Street between Church Avenue and Albemarle Road, was dedicated on Sunday, December 19, 1948. The occasion was celebrated with services in the morning, afternoon, and evening. At each a brief history of the church was read.

The successive steps leading to the dedication began in March, 1915, when one hundred members from First Church of Christ, Scientist, Brooklyn, formed a church in Flatbush. Organization of this new body as Third Church of Christ, Scientist, was completed the following month with its incorporation under the state laws.
