"THE FATHER'S GREAT LOVE"

How beautiful is the Bible assurance (Jer. 31:3), "Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee." As one feels and responds to this attraction of divine Love, one finds that there is no ill that cannot be cured by the realization of man's unity with divine Love.

A student of Christian Science early in his experience discerned that God's love for him as His spiritual child was the supreme thing even in his present experience. He saw that in reality there was no opposite or counteracting influence—no power nor force that could keep this love from operating at all times as spiritual law to guide and guard him.

In times of temptation, angel thoughts of the ever-presence and all-inclusiveness of divine Love lifted him above evil suggestions. Each time this occurred he gained more and more the feeling that as Love's expression he was superior to sin. Often when he was trying to overcome a claim of sickness, healing came instantly when an angel thought caused him to feel sure of divine Love's nearness and allness.
