Christian Science has proved a great blessing to me and my family for over thirty-five years. My first healing was of an abdominal growth. I had been told by prominent physicians that an operation was necessary, but they could not promise that it would heal me. Then I decided to have Christian Science treatment and was healed in three weeks.

I shall always remember the words of the practitioner when I asked if she thought my healing possible. Her reply was, "Of course you can be healed, for with God all things are possible." Those were the first words of comfort I had had, the first ray of hope. They were spoken with such positiveness and assurance that it gave me renewed courage to carry on. I shall never cease to give thanks for those three weeks of constant communion with our Father-Mother, God.

The second healing was of a stomach disorder of years' standing. From my girlhood the difficulty was very troublesome, and finally as the years passed, I became a hopeless sufferer. I could eat but little food and retain it. Because of man-made laws about this difficulty, together with a great sense of fear which had to be destroyed in my consciousness, the healing was slow, but through it I saw the need of systematic study and application of the truth. For this gradual awakening to man's true being, I am sincerely grateful. For the kindness, love, and patience rendered me by the practitioners and loved ones in the home, who helped me to see the unreality off the condition, I owe a debt off gratitude.
