OUR INEVITABLE, INDISPENSABLE VIEWPOINT

On a beautiful summer morning a tourist motoring through one of the American mountain ranges stopped at an inviting inn located on the side of the highest peak in the range. Gazing from the inn veranda, he exclaimed, "What a magnificent view!"

"Yes, it is," said the innkeeper, "but it is only a partial view. When you reach the top of this mountain, you will find a viewpoint that enables you to see clearly in every direction."

A few hours later the tourist stood at the pinnacle. Here, indeed, was a truly inspiring vista, beheld from a viewpoint that commanded clear and unobstructed sight of the entire countryside.
