LETTERS TO THE PRESS

from Christian Science Committees on Publication

Nebraska The Times, Beatrice

The term "Faith Cure," in a heading of a recent issue of your newspaper, is misleading. It implies that Christian Science is a "faith cure," since the caption heads a news item which tells about parents relying on the understanding of Christian Science to heal their son.

Knowing that your newspaper has always tried to give its readers the facts, I feel that you will welcome a correction so as to avoid any possible misunderstanding about the religion of Christian Science, which is certainly not a "faith cure."
