Having received blessings from Christian Science for over twenty-four years, I feel it is time for me to add my testimony.

When I was in the lower grades in grammar school, I was struck in the eye with a stick and as a result became blind in that eye. Five years later, I fell from a swing, dislocating my hip. My hips were strapped for the next two years. I could not run and could hardly walk without their being strapped. Finally the straps were put on every day, for my hip would not stay in place otherwise.

At this time my mother became interested in Christian Science, and she asked me if I would care to try it. I said that I would. With the help of a practitioner, I was healed in two weeks. Although I did not ask for help for my eye, I received my eyesight, and also glasses which I was wearing were discarded. I went back to school and was able to enter into all the school activities, much to the amazement of the teachers.
