Recently, a member of The Mother Church wrote, "I realize as never before how much of a friend Church is to me." Expressions of gratitude such as this come from some realization of oneness with the demonstration of Church as revealed in Christian Science.

Applications for membership may be made by those who believe in Christian Science according to the platform and teaching contained in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

Blanks may be obtained at Christian Science Reading Rooms, from the clerks of branch churches, or directly from the Clerk of The Mother Church, Gordon V. Comer, 107 Falmouth Street. Boston 15, Massachusetts.
