Christian Science was brought into my life many years ago when my mother was healed of stomach trouble and tonsillitis in one treatment by a sincere student of Christian Science, who was my schoolteacher at the time. Through the years that followed we have had many healings in our family but I should like to tell of an outstanding one experienced by our little son.

At his birth his head was so badly injured that the doctor in attendance did not expect him to live. We had engaged the help of a Christian Science practitioner, and we let her know what the doctor said. When he called again, the baby was so much improved that he marveled at the change, but told the nurse he was afraid if the child lived he would never be normal, for there did not seem to be a development of bone in the back of his head.

We notified the practitioner of this prediction, and both my husband and I earnestly denied the testimony of the material senses, realizing the perfection of man in the image and likeness of God. In a short time—about two months —the baby was healed. He is now a very happy, healthy boy of five years, and is normal in every respect.
