It is a privilege to express through the Christian Science periodicals my gratitude for what this wonderful religion has done for me. I have experienced so many healings of sin, sickness, lack, and inharmony that I could not attempt to tell of them. One outstanding healing, however, I feel must be recorded.

For fifteen years I struggled with an internal physical disorder which seemed to yield only temporarily to my most earnest efforts and the consecrated work of practitioners. Fortunately, I did not permit discouragement to enter my consciousness, since I had already witnessed so many demonstrations of the healing power of Christian Science. Once, in sheer desperation, however, I implored, "Dear God, please give me more Christ." I repeated this request earnestly and persistently, and suddenly I found myself well. Although the disorder presented itself again, I knew that I had found the "open sesame" to my healing, and I applied the same remedy until no further fear of recurrence of the trouble was present.

Grateful as I was for this healing, I was not satisfied until I had analyzed my thinking to learn what had brought it about. These enlightening thoughts unfolded: The healing agent used by Jesus, and again brought to light by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, is defined by her in the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 583) thus: "Christ. The divine manifestation of God, which comes to the flesh to destroy incarnate error."
