I am very grateful to God for Christian Science and for all that it has done for me. I was like the woman in the Bible who "had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered." The doctors told me they could do no more for me. I had several diseases that materia medica has very seldom been able to cure. I thought that if I could only find God I would be healed.

Not very long after that, Christian Science came right to my bedside, for a practitioner came to help another woman in the same room in the hospital. When she started to leave the room she asked if I wanted her to bring something to me the next time she came. I said I should like to have some Christian Science literature. Later she brought me some. Al! fear left me. It seemed like a miracle: my Father-Mother God had heard my prayer and had sent the practitioner to me. From that day on I used no material remedies, but relied entirely on Christian Science. Now I am completely healed.

Thanks be to God for Mary Baker Eddy and this wonderful Science. I am deeply grateful to the practitioners who helped me through this dark valley and planted my feet on the rock of Truth.
