It has been my desire for some time to express my deep gratitude for Christian Science in one of the periodicals.

I have had from childhood the great privilege of instruction in this wonderful and practical religion, and have been blessed by it over and over again. It would take far too much space to relate the many times Christian Science has been applied and proved demonstrable in my life; it has not only cured me, but also protected me from many inharmonious conditions. My childhood was almost entirely free from so-called childrens' diseases, and those which I did experience were quickly and finally eliminated by applying the truth of this Science.

As I grew older and it became necessary to make the truths I had been taught in Sunday school and at home my own the opportunities for doing so were many and varied. One experience of which I should like to tell stands out. It proved conclusively that God's law is supreme, regardless of what mortal mind, so called, may do or say.
