Words are inadequate to describe...
Words are inadequate to describe the blessings that have come to me through Christian Science during the past twenty years, and my gratitude is great for the practitioners who have lovingly and patiently led me to correct my thinking.
For the first ten years my progress was rapid. I joined The Mother Church, and branch churches as my business took me from one city to another, and entered into various church activities. I was sure during this period that my every need would be met quickly and permanently.
I have experienced business success and spiritual progress, and many healings, including rapid relief from minor burns and cuts; protection during a railway accident in which my feet and knees scraped along a concrete platform for three hundred yards, with only a few scratches and torn clothing as a result; protection in two automobile accidents; the casting off of the smoking habit: the recovery of lost articles; and other healings too numerous to mention.
