Buffalo, New York
(Fifth Church).

The rapid growth of Fifth Church of Christ. Scientist, Buffalo, from a small society in 1932, was related on Sunday, January 16, 1944, when members dedicated the church building at 106 Humboldt Parkway. The congregation occupied the edifice in 1937.

Early meetings of the society were held in Trinity Hall, 34 Elam Place, for five years. In 1936, the board of trustees was authorized to incorporate the society as a church, and after the approval of The Mother Church in Boston was obtained, Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist, Buffalo, came into being.—Courier-Express.
