Christian Scientists rejoice in the constructive work of The Mother Church Camp Welfare Activities, through which friends, acquaintances, and loved ones in the service, both at home and abroad, can find spiritual supply, guidance, and healing.
Well
may the world's chaotic condition be likened to a man who, having braved the rapids in a canoe, finds his canoe upset and himself struggling to keep his head above water.
Among
the changes this war has brought has been the necessity for many people to leave their homes and adjust themselves to living conditions in other localities.
Christian Science services, sponsored by First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Merced, California, will be held in the Yosemite National Park in the Church Bowl at three o'clock, Sunday afternoon, June 25, every Sunday through the months of July and August, and 'the first Sunday in September.
During the year there have not come to my attention any attacks or misstatements concerning Christian Science in the newspapers in Minnesota which seemed necessary or wise to attempt to answer or correct.
Christian Science is indeed proving today that the sword of Truth is quick and powerful, and I wish to express my gratitude for what it has done for me.
With the desire that others may benefit by my experience and receive the blessings I have received since Christian Science came into my life I give this testimony.
