Wednesday Evening
Glad
hearts remember gratefully tonight
That healing came to them and proved unreal
The dream of fear, disease, of lack and blight.
And eagerly at this, Love's evening meal,
They share with others reaching for the light,
Those questioning ones, the sick, who now appeal
To us, Is this the truth, so filled with might
That Christ's own message comes today to heal?
Yes, listening ones, 'tis true indeed tonight!
This healing came to us and brought the real.
We give rejoicingly of our full store;
We share with you rich proof that Love does heal.
