Where Dwellest Thou?

Dear child of God, where is thy habitation?Where dwellest thou, what haven call'st thou home?Is it this dream of earthly structure, fragile,Or dost thou in some desert, weary, roam?

Nay, none of these! The shifting sands of errorSink 'neath the weight of flood and furious gales.Firm on the eternal rock my house is builded,The rock of Christ, 'gainst which no storm prevails.
