In humble gratitude to God, to Christ Jesus, and to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, I send this testimony. I have been a student of Christian Science most of my life, and have experienced many beautiful healings.

I have been healed of many socalled children's diseases, as well as of severe burns, appendicitis, tonsillitis, and uremic poisoning.

I am especially grateful for two experiences of mental surgery. After undergoing two operations for tonsillitis I was supposed to submit to a third. I was a child of twelve years, a pupil in the Christian Science Sunday School, and did not want to submit to another operation. I asked my mother to take me to the Wednesday evening meeting in a Christian Science church thirteen miles from the place where we were living. We went to the meeting and I experienced an instantaneous healing during that service.
