After eight years of blessings in Christian Science, I feel I should like to add my testimony to the very helpful ones I have read in the Christian Science Sentinel, and trust that it may be of help to someone else.

I have had many benefits through the application of this Science, but I should like to tell of one that always stands out to me. I had been suffering from a severe sore throat, and while sitting in a car waiting for my sister, I was watching the clouds in the sky hiding the beautiful blue, and the thought came to me how much that was like the material things coming between us and God, hiding the real truth and harmony with a cloud. In Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy we read (p. 298), "As a cloud hides the sun it cannot extinguish, so false belief silences for a while the voice of immutable harmony, but false belief cannot destroy Science armed with faith, hope, and fruition." As the thought lingered in my consciousness, I discovered that the soreness was entirely gone.

I have also been healed of arthritis, acid stomach, colds, and many other minor physical conditions and have been divinely protected several times from accidents.
