I thank God for all the blessings I have received. I am deeply grateful to the friend who introduced me to Christian Science, for I was freed from various physical ills while studying the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

I should like to tell of one healing. Before knowing anything of Science I had suffered from conjunctivitis for several years. I had gone to at least five different oculists; then I took a course of treatments at an eye clinic, but no kind of treatment brought me the expected healing, in spite of the diets that I followed and the remedies, creams, and drops that I used in accordance with advice of the doctors. I continued to be in bondage to this error. I ended by resigning myself to it, and so I carried this heavy burden.

When I heard of Christian Science I at once asked for treatment from a practitioner, and he helped me with great patience and consecration.
