Sunday School Notes and Comments

An experience taught one Sunday school teacher to be sure she was prepared to teach not only by careful study of the lesson but by prayerful metaphysical work enabling her to see God's perfect creation as alone real.

Mortal mind suggested that one child in the class was mischievous, another indifferent, another apathetic, and so on. She found that she had been admitting these wrong beliefs about the children.

One Sunday the question was asked, Have you studied the current Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly? All answered in the negative except one—a newcomer. This led to a discussion of why the Lesson had not been studied by the others and to a search for the true remedy.
