Following a statement which appeared in this column in the issue of May 10, giving the location of shipping depots for war relief goods, the opening of a shipping depot in Los Angeles, California, can now be announced. The Christian Science War Relief Committees in near-by states may now ship packages of contributed articles to this depot if they find it more convenient and economical to do so. Such packages should be addressed to

For some years it has been the custom, after a period of service on The Christian Science Board of Lectureship, for members of that Board to retire to devote their time particularly to the study and practice of Christian Science. In accordance with this procedure the following members will retire from the Board of Lectureship for two years beginning July 1, 1941:
