I wish to add my testimony to the many others, and I hope that someone else may learn of the bontiful blessings of Christian Science through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

For eleven years I was continually ill with numerous maladies, such as ulcers of the stomach, nervous breakdown, and ptomaine poisoning, and suffered from the results of many operations. All this left me weak, and before our last baby came I became ill with pleurisy in both lungs, and with pneumonia, and had a very bad cough. This lasted for nine weeks. When our baby arrived I was unable to get around without assistance. I had so many weak spells that the doctor said I could not get well, and could not last much longer.

As I read my Bible, and saw the wonderful promises written there, I thought, How splendid it would be to touch the hem of Christ's garment and be healed! I often prayed to God that I might receive the right understanding.
