Christian Science came to me at a time when I was very much in need of health, and through its study and application I was greatly benefited, and was also given an honest desire to live a life whereby I should be a help to my fellow men.

Some of my healings have been slow, and at times it seemed difficult to go on. but my patience was rewarded by a better understanding of the healing Christ. To those who are traveling the road from sense to Soul and seem tempted to yield to discouragement I would say, Carry on, for you will surely gain your honest desires.

I was healed of stomach trouble of long standing, the tobacco habit, fallen arches, shingles, and a tendency to have frequent attacks of influenza, and for these healings I am deeply grateful. The healing of the tobacco habit was an instantaneous one, and I have had no desire for tobacco in any form since.
