A report in a recent issue needs a correction regarding the reference to Christian Science. Those who turn to Christian Science for help need the utmost compassion and assurance of God's presence and power, that it may comfort and free them in their hour of need. The Christian Science literature contains messages of hope and love, not condemnation, and a parcel of it is sent regularly to the lazaret. This gift is but an indication of a desire to help.

There are many apart from Christian Scientists who are recognizing that disease is mental, and that thought plays a very important part in the recovery of the patient, but the great work of Christian Science is not just finding a mental cause, but accepting a divine cure, by the spiritualization of thought.
