With a heart full of gratitude to God, to Christian Science, and to Mrs. Eddy, I give this testimony.

I was a sincere worker in an orthodox church, and shall always be grateful for the good I received during my years of service in that church.

When Christian Science was presented to me, I was slow in accepting its teaching, for I was very critical of whatever I did not understand. But as understanding began to dawn upon me, I learned to look for good only, and to cease questioning, assured that increased understanding would answer all questions. Whereas I had been intolerant of Mrs. Eddy, I began to realize what she had done for humanity in giving us Christian Science.
