It gives me great joy to be able to express publicly my deep gratitude to Christian Science.

From my earliest infancy I had suffered from persistently recurring headaches. Every remedy tried had been ineffectual. For more than eighteen years I suffered the torture of rheumatic pains. I had reached a critical point of physical and mental endurance. Through Christian Science I found myself free again in body and spirit.

I would add that for two years I had not been able to work by artificial light; my eyes would hurt me so much that I was obliged to go to bed as soon as night came. Now that I am getting to understand Christian Science better and better, I can work four or five hours by artificial light. This has meant for me a new life of well-being and an unassailable trust in good.

I cannot adequately express all the gratitude I feel to God, divine Love, to the devoted practitioner who has so lovingly helped me, and to our great benefactress, Mary Baker Eddy.
