After about eleven years of experiencing God's great goodness to His beloved children, and with a heart overflowing with gratitude, I write this testimony. The power of Truth, when rightly applied, as taught in Christian Science, heals every wrong condition. With out three children we have been privileged to witness healings of many of the ills of childhood, such as spasms, measles, scarlet fever, whooping cough, colds, mumps, burns, and many minor injuries from falls and other accidents from childish pranks. For the protection from contagion, for the children's understanding in applying the truth as taught them in the Christian Science Sunday School, and for their uplifted, trusting thoughts, I am more than grateful.

When first becoming acquainted with Christian Science, through reading some of the literature taken from a ferry operating between the eastern and western shores of Maryland, I laid aside glasses, which I had worn occasionally for years, and have never since felt the need of them.

A loved one was healed of kidney stones, without an operation, demonstrating the truth contained in the words of our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, "A spiritual idea has not a single element of error, and this truth removes properly whatever is offensive" (Science and Health, p. 463).
