God is Love

Oh , sing! and praise! ye righteous captive,
Oh, list to Love's sweet call!
Your heavenly Father waits to bless you,
For He is over all.

He gives us love for broken friendship,
He lights the path of day,
And if we stumble, lifts us upward,
Into His perfect way,

Where all the prophets gone before us
Shine like the stars above,
And sing: Hosanna in the highest,
Forever, God is Love.
