Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Louisiana.

Invitations to address the Christian Church in Monroe and two Methodist Bible classes in Baton Rough were accepted by the Committee, with the consent of The Christian Science Board of Directors, during the past year. These addresses were well received.

There were four public misrepresentations of Christian Science made: one from the pulpit, two through the press, and one over the radio. Those from the pulpit and radio were handled satisfactorily through personal calls made by the Committee and Assistant Committees. Those of the press were handled by a corrective letter, which was promptly published.
