My first healing in Christian Science was that of insomnia. Only those who have experienced this belief can know how grateful I was for instant relief. To use John's words, "I saw a new heaven and a new earth" during the few moments I sat in a practitioner's office listening to and imbibing the truths of Christian Science. Later I was healed of sick headaches, which had given me much concern since early childhood. I have experienced numerous other healings and have been protected in many ways through the understanding of God's ever-presence. I am especially thankful for a recent healing of grief when a dear one passed on, and for the words of comfort from Christian Science friends.

Class instruction was a most inspiring and helpful experience. I am grateful for the privilege of studying the truths given us by Mary Baker Eddy, which truly reveal the treasures of God that are available to man, also for the loving help given by consecrated practitioners.

My daily prayer is that I may express more love, purity, and helpfulness. "Freely ye have received, freely give."
