Because God's love doth light my ways,
I shall go smiling all my days.
My heart shall ever sing sweet song,
A paean deep shall banish wrong;
No jarring note of error's knell
Shall mar my trust that all is well.
My life shall be one glad bright praise;
I shall go smiling all my days.
