Human will power is closely associated with hypnotic suggestion. M. Coué admitted that fundamentally his method was hypnotic. Such mental methods are erroneous and are not countenanced in Christian Science. This religion accepts Christ Jesus as the Ensample and utilizes the spiritually mental means he employed. He never used human will power or hypnotism. Turning his thought Godward he said, "Not my will, but thine, be done."
