Many years ago, owing to a mistaken diagnosis and the consequent sudden death of a beloved sister, I fell into a state of depression and resentment of which I was healed only after hearing about Christian Science eight years later. Since then my life has been completely changed, and Christian Science has met every need.
I have been healed of pernicious anaemia and a severe case of blood poisoning. Although the poison had affected a very large portion of my body, I experienced no pain or weakness during the time that Christian Science help was very lovingly given me. I have had the experience of a practically painless childbirth, and latterly ptomaine poisoning was healed in a day, and that which had every appearence of being a broken bone in the foot was healed in a few hours.
I am grateful for the complete transformation that Christian Science has made in my life, and for the increased understanding of this Science that has come as I have tried to remain faithful to its teaching; and above everything else for class instruction. I should like to add that at the time of this instruction a mental burden which I had carried for thirty years was completely removed.—(Mrs.) Aemee Ophelie Watkins, Exeter, Devonshire, England.
