Angels

[Written Especially for Children]

Ellen had gone to the Christian Science Sunday School ever since she was a very little girl. She was seven now, and in the third grade of public school, when something very interesting happened.

She was in the assembly hall one day after the noon recess, and was talking to a little friend. One of the rules of the school was that all talking must stop as soon as the bell sounded.

Ellen was always careful to obey the rules, and she knew that everything was much pleasanter and happier when rules were kept. But this time she just did not hear the bell.
