I Thank Thee!

I thank Thee, Father, for Thy love,
That knows of naught but good;
I thank Thee for Thy constant care
That gives me daily food.

I thank Thee, Father, for Thy Word
In sacred pages given;
I thank Thee for Thy sweet commands
That lift my thoughts to heaven.

I thank Thee, Father, for Thy truth
That conquers error's claim.
I thank Thee for Thy spirit, Lord,
That frees me in Thy name.
