I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for the many healings that have come to me as a result of the study and application of the truth. After a short period of investigation of Christian Science I was lifted into a new world, for my thought was changed from the destructive desire to learn and express evil to the constructive desire to learn and express Truth, and this desire has gradually changed my every mental process. Since then I have had many healings of both physical and mental difficulties.

A flying piece of cold solder struck my left eye and made a cut that extended through the pupil. Before I had completed the telephone call to a practitioner for help, the pain had disappeared, and in less than a week I was healed.

After consulting a practitioner I learned that the early Christians took joyfully the spoiling of their goods, as related in Hebrews, and I was healed of the smoking habit of twenty-five years' standing; and rejoiced that it was possible to exchange that loathsome habit for a higher understanding of Truth.
