In the New Testament records our Master, Christ Jesus, in his healing ministry was continually at work casting out the evil from human consciousness which operates as ignorance, fear, and sin "to steal, and to kill, and to destroy" mankind's realization of original divine rights—health, sin-lessness, the perpetual youth and bloom of holiness. Christian healing surely implies that whatever operates to impair the progressive life, health, and usefulness of men should be ruled out through divine power and grace understood and utilized. Christian Science healing makes this clear.

Learning these Christian truths enables one to realize more in our Saviour's teaching, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
