Notices
Beginning January 3, 1934, The Christian Science Monitor will take another forward step in its progress as an international daily newspaper by adding a new feature in the form of a special section to be included with each Wednesday issue. The feature, containing twelve or more pages, printed in the convenient half-size form, will be called "The Wide Horizon Section" and will be generously illustrated. It will be particularly devoted to interpretative discussions of world affairs, stories of people and places, book reviews and literary comment. A forum of letters from readers will also be an interesting part of the section. It will be a broad and contemplative view of world events to supplement the rapid parade which marches across the Monitor's daily pages.
"The Wide Horizon Section" is included with all regular subscriptions to the Monitor; or the Wednesday issue only, including this section, may be subscribed for at $2. 60 a year.
Enjoy 1 free Sentinel article or audio program each month, including content from 1898 to today.
