Christian Science has been my only physician for over twenty years. It was hard for me to give up drugs, but when the practitioner asked me if I really had more faith in pills than in God I felt convinced that God was all I needed. As a result I was healed of chronic constipation and indigestion of many years' standing.

During these past years I have gone through deep waters; on one occasion I nearly passed on, but was brought back by Christian Science treatment. Wrong thinking has been gradually corrected, and divine Love is bringing me safely through. I am grateful for many healings but most grateful for the proof of God's presence and continual help, which have brought me peace and happiness.

I am grateful for the teachings of our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for membership in The Mother Church, and for class instruction; for the lectures, the literature, and the loving church workers and practitioners who are helping us along our way.—(Mrs.) Bertha West, Waterman, California.
