the Biblical account of the deliverance of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego from the burning fiery furnace into which they had been cast, because of their refusal to worship the golden image, it is recorded that not only did God protect them from being consumed by the heat and the flames but when they were released at the king's command it was found that "the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.

Christian Science brought the understanding of religion to me, whereas before I had never had anything but a belief in a vague and distant God; it is explaining to me the Bible, which I have grown to understand it through Mrs.
Having heard, about seven years ago, of some wonderful healings in Christian Science, I firmly believed it to be what I had been told it was; but my former religious teaching kept me in doubt for a few months while I pondered whether or not to take up the study.
