Out of a thankful heart I should like to testify to a healing through Christian Science. In 1924 my daughter, then fourteen years old, fell ill with a severe case of grippe; and even though I immediately consulted the family physician, the child's condition grew worse daily. I asked five other physicians for help, among whom were two of our most famous specialists, but none of them succeeded in freeing the child from fever for even a day. After she had been in bed for six months I was told there was no further hope of my daughter's recovery.

Then in my extremity I heard of Christian Science and asked a practitioner to visit me; and after the second treatment the fever vanished, never to return. My daughter's recovery was slow, but she progressed steadily; and today, thanks to God's great love and goodness and Christian Science, she is in excellent health.
