Signs of the Times

Social workers in all parts of the country, who are interested in the part of the unemployment question which is not covered by official statistics, are watching with close attention what has become known as "the Lincoln experiment."

About eighteen months ago the Workers' Educational Association formed what was called the People's Service Club in Lincoln. Its object was to provide occuption for unemployed men and to encourage them to utilize their time in the service of the community.
