Twenty-three years ago we experienced our first proof of the healing power of Christian Science. It was the healing of my eldest boy who, when seven months old, was very ill with what the doctors called weeping eczema in its worst form. Three physicians pronounced it incurable. After he had been suffering extremely for four months, a dear friend, the wife of a physician, visited in our home. She told us about her niece's healing of the same complaint through Christian Science treatment, and advised us to try it for the baby. We immediately sought the aid of a Christian Science practitioner, and in two days all irritation had ceased and the child was eating normally. Up to that time he had been on a strict diet and was in a very weakened condition. In less than one month he was completely healed.

This was a most wonderful proof to our family; and through this healing a sister took up the study of Christian Science; and a little later a brother, who was a physician, became interested. At the present time both are actively engaged in the practice of Christian Science.

Since then two children have been born under Christian Science treatment, and they have had nothing but the truth applied in every problem. I have been healed of chronic stomach trouble of many years' standing, and was healed of a sprained ankle in two days, so that I was able to walk several miles the third day after the accident. Influenza was also healed very quickly.
