"Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind," writes Paul in Romans. When I came into Christian Science I was in much need of this Scripture, as I had exhausted all material means such as materia medica, osteopathy, and electricity with no results, but had grown worse as time went on. In 1917 I had an attack of influenza, which repeated itself each year, keeping me in bed for weeks at a time. This affected my heart, for from childhood I had been afflicted with heart trouble which was said to have been inherited. When Christian Science was presented to me by a dear friend I was eager to try anything that promised relief; and I can truthfully say that it is transforming my life, bringing me health, strength, supply, activity, and freedom from error in every way; and daily I am proving that Christian Science is indeed a "pearl of great price." It has been the only physician in our family, consisting of my husband and three daughters, since we first began its study.

I cannot thank God enough for the good that has come to me and mine through the study of Mrs. Eddy's writings; for the church services, Christian Science literature and lectures; and for the joy of class instruction. I am also grateful to Mary Baker Eddy for giving us this blessed truth. My gratitude can best be expressed by loving my neighbor as myself.

What a pleasure to know that God is All-in-all; that we can lay all of our problems before Him; and that when they are solved the answer will be right, for, as the Psalmist says, "the Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want."
