A reference to Christian Science in a letter under the heading of "Human Selfishness" in your issue of October 1calls for correction; and your kindness in allowing this privilege will be much appreciated.

After alluding to conditions in Russia and disbelief in God, your correspondent writes: "A few years ago along came some of this antichristian spirit. For example, Christian Science people left their various churches and swallowed it up." For authentic information on Christian Science I would refer your readers to the only textbook on the subject, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. This work can be obtained from any Christian Science Reading Room, also from some of the public libraries. It will answer any question, in this connection, one may feel inclined to ask.

Far from being antichristian, Christian Science is founded on the actual teachings of Christ Jesus; and the proof of its correctness is the "signs following."
