About sixteen years ago I was healed of tonsillitis through Christian Science and have never had throat trouble of any sort since. Several doctors told me I should never be well till I had my tonsils removed, but when I heard about Christian Science and began to read and study the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I did not need to have them removed. Also I have been instantly healed of headaches and backache. Through my understanding of this great truth a crippled toe that had caused me much discomfort was healed.

With the aid of a very loving and patient practitioner and a Christian Science nurse I was healed of rheumatism of about two years' duration, after trying chiropractic treatments and several remedies advised by doctors, friends, and my family.

I am grateful for all these healings, but most of all for the peace and love this Science has brought into our home. I am also grateful for the privilege of being a member of The Mother Church in Boston and of a branch church, and for class instruction.
